CUSTOM SHOE SPOTS

How It Works:

1. Purchase your spot
   A non-refundable $5 design fee is required to secure your custom order. This fee will be credited toward your final total.
2. Check your email or Instagram DMs
   Within 24–48 hours, I’ll reach out with next steps and questions about your design. Please respond as soon as possible to avoid delays.
3. Design consultation
   We’ll discuss and finalize the details for your custom shoes, including colors, theme, and overall vision.
4. Pricing & mail-in instructions
   Once the design is agreed upon, I’ll provide your total price and mailing instructions.
   After I receive your shoes, I’ll send an invoice. Invoices must be paid within 48–72 hours.
   If pricing needs adjustment, I’m happy to modify the design to fit your budget.
5. Production
   Once payment is received, your order will be added to my production list. I’ll keep you updated on your place in line and when I begin working on your shoes.
6. Turnaround time
   Custom shoes typically ship within 3-12 weeks, depending on current demand and your spot.
7. Rush Order option
   Need your shoes sooner? A Rush Order is available for an additional fee.
   Please select this option if you need your order completed before January 25th.
